Do I need to register or sign up to order?
No, you don't need to register as you can checkout as guest.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept most debit/credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex & Discover).
How do discount codes work?
If you have a discount code, enter it during checkout and the discount will be applied to your order. Only one discount code can be used per order.
How can I contact Customer Services?

Will a receipt be included with the order?
No receipts, invoices or order details are in the packaging when the order is sent out, you will receive an email confirmation which includes all details. Please be aware that orders may arrive in St-Germain branded packaging.
Can I place an order by phone?
Orders can only be placed through the website.
Are other items going to be added to the St-Germain Online Shop?
From time to time, we will add new collections.
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically only to the United Kingdom using Royal Mail First Class or Tracked 48 services. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days. Royal Mail services can take 2-3 days. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
How do you deliver orders?
We use Royal Mail as our courier. Products sent requiring age verification will be sent by Tracked 48 service. Other items will be sent 1st or 2nd Class. We reserve the right to use other courier services.
For items sent using Royal Mail Age Verification Service, a Challenge 25 policy is operated by Royal Mail and, as such they may require valid photographic ID as proof of age upon delivery. Visit www.royalmail.com/terms-and-conditions for more information.

How can I track my order?
Products sent requiring age verification will be sent by Tracked 48 service, with email updates sent. Other items will be sent 1st or 2nd Class without tracking updates.
What if I need to cancel or amend my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from when you have received your delivery. Please email hello@stgermainliqueur.com with details of the order number, your name, address and contact details. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. Perishable food items and personalised bottles are exempt from being returned or refunded. You may also return items that are faulty, not as described or damaged - please email us explaining the situation before posting them back to us
